The membership page compares entitlements, prices, and billing cycles, and starts checkout for the plan you pick. Use the latest price and entitlements shown in the app.

Choose a plan

1. Open Membership
2. Check whether you are currently Free or on a paid plan
3. Compare price, billing cycle, and features
4. Pick a plan, then review the amount on Checkout
5. Enter a promo code or apply referral credit if you have it and the system supports it
6. Choose a payment method and confirm
7. Wait for the success page, then check that membership status updated

Manage payment methods

Billing shows saved payment methods. You can set a default or delete unused ones. TangBoe shows only what is needed, such as card type, last digits, and expiry — never the full card number.

Cancel membership

1. Open Billing
2. Choose cancel at period end, or cancel immediately if that option is on screen
3. Read the effect on entitlements and the end date
4. Confirm, then check membership status again

Cancel at period end keeps entitlements until the stated date. Immediate cancel may stop entitlements right away.

Before you confirm payment

• Check price, currency, and billing cycle
• Check discounts and credit actually applied
• Don’t tap pay again while processing
• If status doesn’t update after payment, keep proof and contact the team
