Update asset prices

Price sync updates market value for holdings with a supported provider. It does not change the units or cost you recorded.

• Fetch latest prices for assets the provider supports
• Recalculate holdings and portfolio total
• Show provider, update time, and items that failed to sync

How to update prices

1. Open Wallets and Holdings
2. Tap Update prices / Sync prices
3. Wait for the updating status
4. Check successful price count, provider, and latest data time
5. TangBoe reloads the holdings snapshot and total

If sync is skipped

If you just updated, TangBoe may reply skipped because of cooldown, to avoid calling the provider too often. That is not an error. Wait a moment, then try again.

If an asset has no price

The provider may not support some assets. TangBoe skips only those rows. You can still see quantity and cost, but check an external price too.

Base currency

Pick a base currency before viewing the total. TangBoe converts portfolio value with supported rates. Changing base currency does not change actual holding units.

Displayed prices are for tracking and may lag the live market. TangBoe is not a quote or order-routing system.
